🎉 HB Collective Turns 3 on November 14th!
Three years ago, HB Collective opened its doors with a simple goal: make every client feel seen, heard, and cared for. Today we’re a growing team of stylists, and none of it would have happened without you. Thank you for trusting us with your hair, booking with us again and again, and sending your friends our way. You’ve been part of our growth since day one, and we’re so grateful for our amazing community. Here’s to year four!
🌊 Team Retreat: Half Moon Bay
Our stylists are heading to Half Moon Bay for a 2-day team retreat from November 7th - 9th to connect, grow together, and relax and have some fun. We love our culture and how well this team gets along, and time like this keeps it strong. A team that’s learning and laughing together takes better care of you. Which one do you need? Both, and here’s how they work together.
In-salon treatments are your reset. We choose professional-grade formulas based on what your hair needs that day and apply them with the right technique and timing. This is where the deeper repair happens, especially after color, heat styling, or a dry summer.
At-home care is your maintenance. Your masks and leave-in treatments keep your hair soft, hydrated, and healthy between visits and protect the results you get in the chair.
How to put it together:
Start with a salon treatment at your appointment so your hair gets the strongest care first.
Use a mask at home about once a week to keep that moisture and strength going.
Apply a leave-in after washing on damp hair for daily protection, shine, and softness.
Check in with your stylist each visit so we can adjust your routine as your hair changes.
