🧴 Product of the Month:

Kerastase Thermiques!

As we head into blowout and styling season, especially using Brendalinas blowout technique, she picked the perfect heat-protecting Thermique for every hair type:

  • Fine hair → Genesis Thermique

  • Dry hair → Nutritive Lotion Thermique

  • Color-treated hair → Chroma Thermique

Heat styling without protection can lead to dryness, breakage, and faded color over time. A Thermique creates a barrier between your hair and your hot tools, helping to lock in moisture, smooth the cuticle, and protect against heat damage, so your blowout looks better and your hair stays healthier, longer.

Ask your stylist which one is right for you!

💡 Tip of the Month: How to style your bangs!

In this video, I’m going to show you how to get the perfect side-swept bang! 🤎

I’m going to focus mainly on my roots first, using a flat brush, comb, or round brush. I’ll blow-dry the roots side to side until they’re completely dry. This helps manipulate and control any cowlicks you may have around the hairline.

If you want more volume at the root, don’t create it just yet! Wait until your section is completely dry.

Once my roots are dry, I’ll come in with my round brush and focus just on the ends. Again, volume isn’t the focus quite yet. Long hair is essentially dead hair, so you really want to make sure you’re working those ends and getting them nice and smooth.

Now that my section is completely dry, I’m going to take about a ½-inch section right off the hairline and create my volume. Holding the brush in place for a few seconds to allow the hair to cool is what’s really going to help lock in that lift at the root.

At the end, I’m showing you two other ways to flip your ends so you can get them to lay exactly how you want.

I hope you enjoyed this video and found it helpful! 🤎
