Maggie Couch

Hey, I’m Maggie! I was born and raised in El Dorado Hills, CA and recently made the move to Brentwood, CA, where I’m excited to be part of the HB Collective team.

 

My passion for the beauty industry started while attending Sacramento State, where I worked as a receptionist at a hair salon. Being surrounded by talented stylists and seeing the confidence a great hair day gives someone inspired me to pursue a career behind the chair. After college, I attended cosmetology school and I instantly fell in love with the creativity, connection, and artistry that comes from doing hair.

 

To further develop my skills, I worked at a blowout salon where I focused on perfecting my styling techniques and creating beautiful, long-lasting blowouts. I love helping my guests feel their absolute best, whether it’s through a fresh color, a flawless style, or simply creating an experience that leaves them feeling confident and beautiful. Seeing someone leave my chair with a boost of self-confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

 

When I’m not in the salon, I love spending time with my family, boyfriend, and my dog, who is my favorite adventure buddy. Whether we’re exploring new places, going on walks, or enjoying a weekend getaway, I love making memories with the people (and pup!) I love most. I’m also a huge beauty enthusiast, always keeping up with the latest trends, products, and techniques. And if you know me, you know I have a soft spot for all things pink!
